About this event
Yamato, The Drummers of Japan, brings its thundering taiko drums to Toronto's Massey Hall. Founded in 1993 in Nara Prefecture, the ensemble has given over 4,700 shows across 55 countries. Its largest drum, the Odaiko, is carved from a tree more than 400 years old and weighs nearly 1,000 pounds.
