1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using spectaculos.ca ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Spectaculos is an aggregator of shows and cultural events in Canada. We gather information from third-party sources (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek and others) to help you discover shows. We do not sell tickets directly.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You may create an account via email or Google Sign-In.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of misuse.

4. Event Content and Data

• Show information (dates, prices, availability) comes from third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies.
• Spectaculos does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of displayed information.
• Displayed prices are indicative. The final price is determined by the ticketing platform.
• Availability status (on sale, sold out, cancelled) is provided for informational purposes.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

"Buy Tickets" links redirect you to third-party ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, etc.). These sites have their own terms of use and privacy policies. Spectaculos is not responsible for content or transactions on these sites.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content (design, original text, code, logo) is the property of Spectaculos. Event images and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to:

• Use the Site for illegal purposes.
• Scrape or automatically extract data from the Site without authorization.
• Attempt to compromise Site security.
• Create fake accounts or submit fraudulent content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spectaculos is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the Site, including but not limited to: cancelled events, incorrect prices, ticket unavailability, or service interruptions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
