A Perfect Circle kick off their 2027 North American tour in Vancouver with a rock show at UBC's Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre. The band led by Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan are back with a new single, "To Whom It May Concern". Puscifer, Keenan's other project, open the Canadian dates, so the singer pulls double duty in Vancouver.
