Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra: Oz with Orchestra at the Centennial Concert Hall

About this event

The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra plays the score of The Wizard of Oz live at the Centennial Concert Hall on Main Street in Winnipeg. The restored film runs above the stage while the musicians work below. Part of the Asper Night at the Movies series, the concert pairs new transcriptions of Harold Arlen's music with Judy Garland's original studio vocals.
