Vancouver's Intimate West Coast Whale Watching Experience

Whale watching outing on the waters off British Columbia, where the aim is to spot killer whales, humpbacks, seals, sea lions, porpoises, marine birds and more besides. A marine naturalist leads the way throughout, flagging areas worth watching and passing on pointers for catching sight of wildlife. The route also serves up an unmatched vantage on downtown Vancouver as the boat works its way along the Strait of Georgia and further out in pursuit of the animals. Worth noting: the trip can run anywhere from 3 to 5 hours depending on when wildlife appears, though most outings come in at roughly 4 hours. Also note that a minimum height of 5ft/152cm is required in order to take part in this experience.
