Irish folk from Dundalk's The Mary Wallopers at the Palace Theatre on 8th Avenue SW in Calgary, pub ballads with a punk charge. Formed by brothers Charles and Andrew Hendy with their friend Seán McKenna, the band is often compared to The Pogues. Their 2023 album 'Irish Rock 'n' Roll' reached number two on the Irish charts.
