Sunday Dinner at a Private Chef's Quebec Autumn Table

Hosted in a private home in Old Montreal, this Sunday dinner offers another way into Quebec's food culture, around a small, intimate table. Your host is Phil the Flavours, a private chef and Quebec culinary creator, who serves a four-course meal built on local, seasonal produce with a few boreal flavours worked in. Between courses he talks about where the ingredients come from, what inspired each dish and some of the techniques behind them. It's a very different evening from eating out at a restaurant: you share the table with other guests, get to know them and experience a genuine Montreal night in good company. As the name suggests, the menu takes its cue from the autumn season, and every plate becomes a starting point for conversation with the chef.
