About this event

Quebec and Tunisia share the stove at this brunch cooking class, held in a cozy kitchen in Montreal's Old Port. Your hosts are Phil the Flavours, a private chef and Quebec food content creator, and a Tunisian sous-chef from Sfax. Working in a small group, you get to know harissa, tabil, spices and fruit, along with several sweet and savoury recipes, then cook side by side before sitting down to enjoy the brunch you made together. It turns a Sunday morning into something more than a meal, with new flavours, practical learning and people to meet. Come on your own and make friends, or bring family or friends along. You head home with the recipes, tips to recreate them in your own kitchen and a few surprises. Expect a warm, hands-on gathering rather than a formal lesson.
