About this event
Sun Kil Moon, Mark Kozelek's folk rock and slowcore project, plays a live set at The Pearl on Granville Street in downtown Vancouver. Founded in San Francisco in 2002 after Red House Painters wound down, the band takes its name from boxer Moon Sung-kil. Records such as Ghosts of the Great Highway (2003) and the acclaimed Benji (2014) built its long, story-driven songwriting.
