About this event
Louisiana guitarist Sonny Landreth brings his slide playing to the Vancouver Playhouse. Nicknamed the “King of Slydeco,” this slide-guitar master blends blues, zydeco and rock, and broke through with his 1992 album South of I-10. A regular at Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival, he is known for his singular technique of fretting behind the slide.
