Japanese black/thrash metal band Sabbat, formed in Kuwana in 1984, plays the Rickshaw Theatre on East Hastings. A pillar of the global underground metal scene for nearly four decades, led by bassist-vocalist Gezol. A dense discography of demos, EPs, splits and albums on Evil Records. Raw, frontal sets faithful to their original sound.
