Concert
Pink Martini plays Southam Hall at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. Formed in Portland in 1994 by pianist Thomas Lauderdale, the dozen-strong little orchestra folds jazz, Latin rhythms, French chanson and vintage pop into a set sung in more than twenty languages. Their debut album Sympathique made their name in Europe as much as at home.
