The Violets and the Oranges meet in a Ligue nationale d'improvisation match at MTELUS in Montreal. Six improvisers per team, a referee, penalties and themes read out at the mic: since 1977 the LNI has staged theatre inside hockey's frame. The crowd votes after every improvised scene, and those votes are the score.
