Korpiklaani at The Arrowhead

About this event

Finnish folk metal band Korpiklaani play The Arrowhead in Calgary, with Crimson Shadows and Mongol rounding out the bill. The Lahti group sets accordion, fiddle and wooden flute against fast, riff-driven metal rooted in humppa, Finland's own take on oompah music. They sing in Finnish, and their songs lean heavily on drinking and revelry.
