About this event

A string quartet performs the songs of ABBA by candlelight inside Halifax's Saint George's Round Church. The Swedish group broke out by winning Eurovision 1974 with 'Waterloo', then went on to 'Dancing Queen' and 'Mamma Mia'; here two violins, viola and cello carry that catalogue in a round sanctuary picked for its acoustics. About 60 minutes, no intermission.
