About this event

Cooking workshop to learn how to make Montreal bagels, the city's signature specialty. You discover the traditional recipe (water boiled in honey before wood-fired oven baking), the differences with the New York bagel (Montreal's is denser, sweeter and distinctive), knead the dough, shape your own bagels and bake them on-site with an experienced baker. You leave with your warm bagels and the recipe to make at home. Adult/teen format from age 12, about 2h30 including baking.
