The Bagel Class is a bagel-making workshop at 5425 Rue de Bordeaux, on the second floor of the Cadbury Lofts building, in Montreal's Mile End neighbourhood. Limited to about ten participants, the roughly two-hour class teaches the secrets of the Montreal bagel: kneading the dough, shaping, boiling, topping and baking the bagels, then eating them fresh from the oven. Each guest leaves with bagels and a detailed recipe.
