Sepideh Raissadat

Persian classical vocalist born in Tehran in 1980. She began studying the radif at age nine with the renowned singer Parisa, later working with Parviz Meshkatian and Mohammad Reza Lotfi. A respected interpreter of the Iranian vocal repertoire, she performs across Europe, North America and the Middle East, giving classical poetry a delicate, deeply expressive voice.
