Founded in 1912, the Winnipeg Art Gallery (WAG) is one of Canada's major art museums, housed since 1971 in a stone building designed by Gustavo da Roza in downtown Winnipeg. In 2021 it opened Qaumajuq, a Michael Maltzan-designed pavilion holding the world's largest collection of Inuit art. Beyond exhibitions, the museum serves as a setting for intimate concerts, including Candlelight series.
