Founders' Studio is the Royal Winnipeg Ballet's small performance space, set inside the company's downtown headquarters at 380 Graham Avenue. The building opened in January 1988 and also houses the sprung-floor studios where the company and the RWB School rehearse. Seating is limited, which makes for an up-close view of the dancers. Recent programs include the Studio Series, launched in September 2026 with Balanchine's Who Cares? danced to live Gershwin, and Steppin' Out, the school's year-end show for adult students.
