Upstairs is a cabaret and live-music venue at 15 Bastion Square in old-town Victoria, BC, with a capacity of about 280. Opened in 1974 as Harpo's Cabaret, it hosted Pearl Jam, The Tragically Hip and Sarah McLachlan. Renovated and rebranded, it blends dance nights and live concerts in one of the province's oldest buildings.
