Studio 919 is a live music venue in the renovated basement of the Strathcona Hotel, at 919 Douglas Street in Victoria. Formerly Legends, this long-standing spot has hosted artists such as Branford Marsalis, Nirvana and Queens of the Stone Age. It presents concerts, club nights, cabarets and festivals in a large room fitted with LED screens and custom lighting.
