The American is a multi-purpose venue in Vancouver, at the crossroads of the Mount Pleasant and Strathcona neighbourhoods on Main Street. Opened in 2016 in a building that formerly housed the Electric Owl, it combines a bar, arcade and performance stage and can host up to 300 people. Expect local craft beers, cocktails and a varied concert lineup.
