The largest stage of the Arts Club Theatre Company, at 2750 Granville Street in Vancouver's South Granville district. It opened on 15 December 1930 as the Stanley Theatre, a movie palace seating more than 1,200. Shuttered in 1991 and slated for demolition, it was rescued by the Save our Stanley campaign, bought by the Arts Club and reopened in 1998 as a 650-seat playhouse. Musicals and mainstage drama fill its season.
