Monaco Cafe is a European-style café at 356 Water Street in Vancouver's historic Gastown district, on the corner where Water Street and Cordova diverge. Opened in 2023 in a bright, photogenic corner space, it serves specialty coffee, French-inspired pastries, all-day brunch and gelato. Well located in Vancouver's old town, it also serves as a meeting point for guided walking tours of the Gastown neighbourhood.
