The Starlight Room is the downstairs stage of the legendary El Mocambo on Spadina Avenue in Toronto. This storied club, opened in 1948, shaped Toronto's music history, most famously through the Rolling Stones' 1977 surprise show. After a $30-million renovation, El Mocambo reopened with two stages, several bars and a recording studio, with the Starlight Room reclaiming its original 1970s name.
