The Princess of Wales Theatre is a 2,000-seat live theatre in Toronto's Entertainment District on King Street West. Built by the Mirvish family and opened in 1993 with the Canadian production of Miss Saigon, it was the first privately financed theatre built in Canada since 1907. Known for one of the widest and deepest stages in North America, it hosts large-scale touring musicals such as Mamma Mia!.
