A cornerstone of Toronto's live-music scene, the Horseshoe Tavern has held down the corner of Queen Street West and Spadina since 1947. Set in an 1861 building that once housed a blacksmith, it grew into an intimate roughly 400-capacity club that has hosted the Rolling Stones, the Ramones, The Band and The Tragically Hip. A downtown temple of rock, punk and indie music.
