Hart House is a cultural and social centre at the University of Toronto's St. George campus, opened in 1919 and designed by architects Sproatt and Rolph. Its Great Hall, home to a Steinway grand piano, doubles as a concert hall: the CBC has taped concerts there since 1958, featuring artists such as Segovia. The Music Room hosts smaller recitals.
