The Berthier-sur-Mer Marina, at 110 Rue de la Marina in Berthier-sur-Mer in the Quebec City region, is the departure point for Croisières Lachance cruises to Grosse-Île. From this pleasure harbour on the St. Lawrence River, about 45 minutes from Quebec City, visitors sail to the Grosse-Île National Historic Site, a former quarantine station through which tens of thousands of immigrants passed between 1832 and 1937.
