An exhibition and event hall in Quebec City's Old Port, facing the Bassin Louise at 100 quai Saint-André. The building began as a Lafarge cement plant, was converted in 1984 for the Québec 1534-1984 celebrations and served as the port's interpretation centre before a full renovation begun in 2006 for the city's 400th anniversary in 2008, hence the name. Six exhibition rooms, a multimedia room, a reception hall and a café host immersive shows, contemporary art biennials and conferences, with full access for visitors with reduced mobility.
