A major new live-music venue in downtown Ottawa, History Ottawa takes over the former Chapters store on Rideau Street. Developed by Live Nation Canada in collaboration with rapper Drake, it extends the History brand launched in Toronto. With a capacity of about 2,000 across a standing floor and upper-level seating, it is built for concerts and major tours and is set to open in 2026.
