Exporail, the Canadian Railway Museum, sits in Saint-Constant on Montreal's South Shore. Established in 1961 by the Canadian Railroad Historical Association, it holds the largest railway collection in the country, with over 140 pieces of rolling stock and some 250,000 objects and documents. Visitors can climb aboard several cars and locomotives, including the towering CNR 5702 steam engine, and ride a vintage streetcar or an outdoor miniature railway.
