The Varscona Theatre is a performance venue in Edmonton's Old Strathcona neighbourhood, created from the former Fire Hall No. 6 in 1982. After a $7.5-million rebuild completed in 2015, the theatre offers raked seating for 200, a large foyer and retains the sixty-foot hose-drying tower. Operated by a consortium of theatre companies, it stages some 300 performances a year.
