Events at Citadel Theatre

Edmonton's major regional theatre, founded in 1965 in a former Salvation Army citadel and housed since 1976 in its glass complex beside Churchill Square. Several stages sit around an indoor garden atrium, the largest being the 685-seat Shoctor Theatre. Programming spans classic repertoire, new Canadian work, musicals and the company's holiday production of A Christmas Carol.
