Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary is a non-profit refuge set on 160 acres near Cochrane, Alberta, east of the Rocky Mountains. The largest wolfdog rescue in North America and the only one in Canada, it is home to a pack of 55+ resident wolfdogs taken in after being neglected or displaced. Visitors can join self-guided walks or educational guided tours, with all proceeds funding the sanctuary's ongoing rescue work.
