The Students' Union concert hall on the University of Calgary campus. MacEwan Hall opened in 1969 and has grown into one of western Canada's steady stops for touring acts, with punk, metal, hip-hop, indie and pop bills alongside comedy nights. A flexible theatre-style floor keeps sightlines short and the crowd close to the stage.
