Heritage Park Historical Village is a living history museum in Calgary set across 51 hectares of parkland on the shores of the Glenmore Reservoir. Opened on July 1, 1964, it is one of Canada's largest living history museums and among the city's most visited attractions. Its period buildings, a steam-powered passenger train and an antique midway bring western Canadian history from the 1860s to the 1950s to life.
