Zeds Dead — Canadian dubstep and bass duo DC (Dylan Mamid) and Hooks (Zach Rapp-Rovan), formed in Toronto in 2009 — plays Montreal. Known for Hadouken!, the Eyes On Fire remix, Where the Wild Things, Coffee Break and their Deadbeats label. DJ set in club format, heavy bass and dance-floor drops typical of the North American bass scene. Major-tour acts (Red Rocks, EDC, Coachella). Around a 90 to 120-minute set, seasoned bass crowd.
