About this event
Intermission, a filmed essay by Hong Kong auteur Yonfan, gets its North American premiere at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival. Across 225 minutes, the director and photographer revisits sixty years of his work in music, dance, photography and writing, and fifteen of his own films. It also played out of competition at Venice this year.
