Bitter Christmas, a Spanish tragicomedy written and directed by Pedro Almodóvar, screens at Scotiabank Theatre Cinema 2 in Toronto during TIFF. Bárbara Lennie and Leonardo Sbaraglia lead a cast that also includes Aitana Sánchez-Gijón, Victoria Luengo, Milena Smit and Quim Gutiérrez. Unveiled at Cannes in May 2026, it makes its North American premiere here.
