About this event
the olllam, a transatlantic collective led by Belfast uilleann piper John McSherry, play The Mod Club in Toronto. The band calls its sound "neo-acoustic Celtic post-rock", looping Irish melodies over drums, keys and the bass of Vulfpeck's Joe Dart. Their album Elllegy landed in 2022, a decade after an award-winning debut.
