The High Kings — Irish folk band formed in Dublin in 2007 (Finbarr Clancy, Brian Dunphy, Darren Holden and Paul O'Brien in the current lineup) — play this date. A quartet carrying the torch from The Clancy Brothers and The Dubliners. Style: Irish ballads, sea shanties, pub songs, carefully crafted vocal harmonies with traditional instruments (banjo, bodhrán, mandolin, accordion). Albums The High Kings (2008), Memory Lane (2010), Friends For Life (2013) and Decade (2018).
