About this event
Shumka's Ukrainian Nutcracker is a folk-ballet retelling of the Christmas classic on stage at Edmonton's Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium over the holidays. The Shumka company blends classical grace with the drive of Ukrainian character dance, joined by more than 80 performers, including students from the Shumka School of Dance and the Kappella Kyrie chamber choir.
