You'll head to Horseshoe Bay, where you board the “Topline,” a

40-foot vessel fully outfitted for divers and billed as the best dive boat in the Pacific Northwest, to explore the emerald waters of Howe Sound. Here you'll commonly encounter Pacific octopus, wolf eels, nudibranchs, and beautifully odd fish such as the decorated warbonnet and the grunt sculpin.
