Sammy Rae & The Friends, the seven-piece New York band mixing funk, soul and jazz-rock, play The Concert Hall in Toronto, with Melt also on the bill. Fronted by singer Sammy Rae, the group built its following on joyful live shows and the fan favourite Kick It to Me. The show takes place in the historic Masonic Temple on Yonge Street, known for its ornate room and great sound.
