5-hour winery outing. The Campbell / Fraser Valley area ranks among the prime regions for growing vines, as it sits on the same meridian as the Bordeaux area in France. We visit boutique wineries, with an emphasis on quality, variety and products that you would not usually come across in an ordinary liquor store. Your route brings together four estates offering a broad range of boutique wines. Departure is from your hotel, in and around Vancouver, at 10 a.m., with the return to your hotel expected between 4:30 and 5 p.m. In this way, the outing takes you from one vineyard to the next over the course of the day, introducing you to wines that stray from the usual paths.
