A one-of-a-kind culinary experience, Edible Other is a supper club devoted to exploring French-rooted flavours shaped by influences from around the globe, the very ones that make Montreal's food culture so special. Every dish is cooked personally and narrated aloud by a Michelin-trained chef who talks you through what you're tasting. Seatings are kept deliberately intimate: never more than ten diners per service unless it's a private or corporate booking, which keeps the mood warm and lets you genuinely connect with the chef. Guests can also take in the heritage 1800s architecture of the loft space beside the kitchen, a setting that adds real character to the evening. Every food allergy, religious requirement and personal dislike is accommodated, so each guest feels looked after and can enjoy the meal with complete peace of mind.
