Marshall McLuhan's Toronto: Private Guided Walk

Marshall McLuhan's ideas are the lens for this private walk through Toronto with a licensed guide, built around the places that shaped his groundbreaking media theory. Expect insights, hidden corners and plenty of academic lore about one of the 20th century's most influential thinkers. You begin at St. Michael's College, where he taught and sharpened the concepts that changed how we think about communication, walking its historic halls and quiet courtyards. Next comes the John M. Kelly Library, central to his scholarly work, and the Centre for Culture and Technology, where his creative thinking took shape. Passing Queen's Park and University College, your guide explains how public space and campus culture fed his views. The tour closes on Philosopher's Walk and outside the Royal Ontario Museum, whose dramatic architecture sparks a final talk on perception and design.
