From Mabou, Nova Scotia, the country and folk artist grew up in the celebrated Rankin Family, ambassadors of Cape Breton music in the 1990s. Solo, he has released eight albums, including "Harvest Highway" (2023), and gathered Junos and East Coast Music Awards.
